NSDI Strategic Plan
January 2013
The FGDC has initiated a process to develop a new strategic plan for the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI). We plan to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders in the geospatial community to develop a new strategy that includes a set of goals and objectives for the continued and sustainable development of the NSDI.
FGDC will provide multiple opportunities for input and involvement in the development of the new strategic plan, including public meetings of the FGDC Coordination Group, FGDC Steering Committee, National Geospatial Advisory Committee, as well as special sessions at professional conferences and other opportunities.
We will update this page with additional information about public involvement opportunities as the strategic planning process advances.
