ECHO Controlled DocumentsThe ECHO Team assigns each public document a unique identifier. This identifier is used to reference the document in emails and on the ECHO website. As each document is updated, the most recent version are made available on the website and, when appropriate, are emailed out to the impacted ECHO partner community and reviewed at an ECHO Technical Committee (ETC) meeting.
