Department of Energy

Missile Defense Agency

The Office of Personnel Management is an independent agency that manages the civil service of the federal government and is responsible for maintaining the appearance of independence and neutrality in the Administrative Law System

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act) was signed into law by President Obama on February 17th, 2009. Office of Management and Budget

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is a Cabinet-level office, and is the largest office within the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP). The current OMB Director is Peter Orszag and was appointed by President Barack Obama on the 15th December 2008 and confirmed by the Senate on the 20th January 2009.
