Tina B. McGuire is the Director of Facilities, Security and Contracting for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. In this capacity, she is responsible for oversight and leadership of OPM’s facilities management, publications, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, physical security, continuity, emergency actions, personnel security programs, and all contracting actions for OPM.
Ms. McGuire also serves as the Senior Procurement Executive, Senior Sustainability Officer (SSO), Designated Agency Safety and Health Official (DASHO) and Senior Real Property Officer (SRPO). Previously at OPM, Ms. McGuire served as the Deputy Associate Director, Center for Contracting, Facilities, and Administrative Services, and the Director of Contracting. Prior to joining OPM, she served in a variety of acquisition roles at the National Institutes of Health, Treasury, and DoD. In 1996, she earned her CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) certification.
Ms. McGuire holds a B.S. in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in Engineering Technology from Murray State University. In 2006, she graduated from the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia, and is a member of the Federal Institute Alumni Association.
