Pakistan is currently undergoing a dangerous and complex military and political crisis that will have negative implications for its economy and which makes economic assessment and prediction very difficult.
USAID/Pakistan initiated an effort to design a food and agriculture project in response to this initiative. An initial concept paper was prepared. The present paper expands that initial step into a more detailed project description.
