Subpart D - National registry of certified medical examiners

Code of Federal Regulations§ 390.109Issuance of the FMCSA medical examiner certification credential.Upon compliance with the requirements of §390.103(a) or (b), FMCSA will issue to a medical examiner applicant an FMCSA medical examiner certification credential with a unique National Registry Number and will add the medical examiner's name to the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. The certification credential will expire 10 years after the date of its issuance.
