| NEPA Analysis and Supporting Research |
| This is an ongoing program to provide analysis as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to assess FMCSA rulemaking actions for their impact on the environment. As part of the NEPA rulemaking program, research is performed to determine environmental impacts from various rulemaking actions and to the applicability of NEPA to FMCSA actions.
