| The Data Qs system is an electronic system that allows companies to challenge FMCSA data they believe is incorrect. This system is ongoing and is planned in the near future to allow drivers to also challenge data FMCSA maintains on individual drivers. The system is password protected, and companies can only view their data, not data on other companies. A new household goods challenge was added to comply with SAFETEA-LU requirements and a new challenge was added to identify and alert intrastate carriers of Federal requirements when they are traveling as interstate carriers.
