EO MyBiz Information
Employees are invited to review and update their personnel records in MyBiz if applicable. You may voluntarily update self-identification of race, national origin the form has new options.
Individuals with disabilities may voluntarily self-identify at any time during employment by using the Standard Form 256, the "Self-Identification of Handicap" form (SF 256). The information will be kept confidential and used only for affirmative action purposes. The invitation to update information is voluntary and refusal to provide the information will not subject the individual to any adverse treatment.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is offered as an alternative to EEO counseling of complaints. Contact the EEO Officer or Specialist at 337 5610.
EEO Complaint Process Procedures:
Department of Army (DA) civilian employees or applicants who believe they have been discriminated against because of one or more of the following bases may file a complaint of discrimination: race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, and reprisal.
The USAG Wiesbaden EEO office must be contacted within 45-calendar days of the alleged discriminatory act. EEO Points of Contact are posted on official bulletin boards on post.
