FEMA Emergency Management Institute

The Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Emergency Management Institute (EMI) provides year-round training, both on-site at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and off-site around the country. California Specialized Training Institute
