CHCO Council to Hold Annual Open Meeting

Washington, DC - The Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council will hold its annual open meeting on November 8, 2011. Topics to be discussed include updates on USAJOBS 3.0, the veteran's employment initiative, the diversity strategic plan and a look at progress made with hiring reform.
