Jack Placchi, the BLM Volunteer Coordinator for BLM's Colorado State Office, was honored on Thursday, October 11, as one of the outstanding federal land managers at the 2012 Take Pride in America National Awards ceremony at the Department of the Interior's South Auditorium in Washington. Jack's program in Colorado garnered more than 200,000 hours of volunteer service in fiscal year 2011, worth an estimated $5 million. Details>>
