The following methods can be followed to renting a vehicle from Enterprise:

1. Enterprise Web Portal

  • Business Use - For Business Use only, includes Ames Lab contract rate and insurance. Bills to traveler's credit card.
  • Personal Use - Bills to traveler's credit Card. Provides Ames Lab contract rate, but does not include insurance.

2. Call Travel and Transport at 292-8182 or (866) 963-3062.

  • Travel and Transport has the ability to direct bill the rental to Ames Laboratory. Traveler must be using the rental for business only. Visitors to Ames Laboratory may not direct bill rentals. Please review travel policy.

3. Use Travel and Transport Concur Travel (on-line).

  • $4 charge applies if only renting a car. No rental car transaction charge applies if booking a flight with car rental.
  • Travel agency charges will apply to modify or cancel car reservation.
