HTC Directory Lists and Labels

You can view the names and addresses of hemophilia treatment centers, organizations, and staff that are part of the federally funded HTC network. You can also save these lists in files, print mailing labels, and send e-mail.

Specify at least one job description or contact type, or specify a combination of job description(s) and contact type(s), for the list that you wish to create. Also specify the way that you wish to sort the list, as well as the region or state for the list.

Print shipping labels

Specify the contact type and number of labels per addressee that you wish to print. Also specify the region, state or HTC ID(s) for the labels. Use a label sheet that is compatible with Avery #5163 for "Shipping from" labels or Avery #5164 for "Shipping to" labels.
