Dress Code: Grades 4 - 6
Students in grades 4 through 6 are required to wear neat, clean, and appropriate clothing that meets the standards set forth in the Dress Code. Available from the school, the Dress Code is not intended to usurp the authority of, or assume responsibility for, parents in determining appropriate dress and grooming for their children. FKCS staff will work with parents in encouraging students to take personal responsibility for their dress as they mature.
Penalties for violations of the Dress Code will follow the standard discipline procedure. Students who violate the Dress Code will be asked to change the clothing in question immediately, if possible, or wait in the office until a parent can bring an appropriate change of clothing. Repeated offenses can result in suspension and/or expulsion.
