U.S. Ambassador Kathleen Stephens welcomes members of the Presidential delegation for the funeral of former President Kim Dae-Jung led by former Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright to her residence.  Joining Secretary Albright and the Ambassador are (L-R) former Ambassador Thomas C. Hubbaard,  former Ambassador Stephen W. Bosworth, former Ambassador Donald P. Gregg, and former Ambassador James Laney.




President Barack Obama today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Seoul, Republic of Korea to attend the funeral of former President Kim Dae-jung on August 23, 2009.
