A former employee claims back pay for cost- of-living allowance from January 22, 1995 to July 5, 1996.

The record shows that on November 1, 1996, the employee entered into a settlement agreement. The settlement agreement states that the settlement resolves any and all complaints and grievances regarding her past employment. Since the issue presented appear to have been a part of settlement, we are dismissing the case.
