MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION
SUBJECT: United States Army Garrison Humphreys, Policy Memorandum #31, Use of the Walk-through Gate Pavilion
1. The proponency for this policy is the Directorate, Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation.
2. This policy is effective immediately. It remains in effect until rescinded or superseded.
3. The Walk-through Gate Pavilion is identified as a recreational area and is available for use as a fund-raising activity area. As such, it will not be used for tactical training in any manner. No tactical vehicles, equipment, tents, or other activity will be allowed in that area.
4. Units/agencies requesting use will coordinate in advance with the USAG Humphreys, Directorate, Family and MWR, Outdoor Recreation, at 753-3013, located in Bldg S-1044.
5. Units/agencies using this area are responsible for an operational inspection of the facility, reporting any damage to Director, Family and MWR, Outdoor Recreation and are responsible for ensuring cleanliness of the facility after use.
6. Point of contact for reservations is Outdoor Recreation, at 753-3013.
