October 10, 2012 – The discussion of home mortgage consumer protection rules has ended and the Final Summary has been submitted as a formal public comment in the rulemaking. (You can still read the discussion and the draft summary.)  CFPB is required to consider this comment when making its decision.  Thank you to everyone who participated in the rulemaking.
