Norris Cotton Federal Building: Continuously Green

The Norris Cotton Federal Building located in Manchester, NH, is a 7-story, reinforced, concrete and steel structure with two basement parking levels. Constructed in 1976 as an energy conservation pilot, Norris Cotton FB continued it's high performance leadership through a green renovation.

Sustainable by Design: The NICC

In 2010, the Noblis Innovation and Collaboration Center (NICC) opened to enhance the organizations’ technological solutions and to facilitate the cooperative nature of Noblis’ public interest work.  As a responsible neighbor to the local community, and as a responsible supplier to the Federal Government, the NICC was constructed with a focus on sustainability, minimizing pollution in the local geographic region while also minimizing the footprint of Noblis’ operations on the Federal supply chain.

Historically Sustainable Nakamura Courthouse

The Nakamura US District Courthouse, built in 1939, has only recently been awarded a LEED NC certification and is currently pursuing a LEED EBO&M certification. Its original design and construction, however, included many sustainable qualities.
