Integration, Growth Should be Focus for European Union
Further steps to integrate Europe are taking place amid a still weak economic outlook. So, IMF Deputy Managing Director Nemat Shafik writes in her blog, the focus needs to be squarely on growth, particularly to address unemployment, which has reached intolerable levels in much of the EU.
