Briefly:
Eldon Ball has served as Program Leader for Agricultural Research and Productivity in the Resource and Rural Economics Division since 1987. His responsibilities include the design and implementation of the Agency’s program of research on agricultural productivity. He is a Fellow of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association.

Education:
Eldon received his Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland; M.A. in Economics from North Carolina State University; and B.A. in Mathematics from Berea College, Berea, KY.
