Welcome to the Human Resources Service Center Northeast (HRSC NE) Region

The HRSC NE became fully operational on 19 November 1998. We're excited about our role within the Department of Navy and desire to provide you with the best HR service and support possible. We are located at the Naval Support Activity Philadelphia, 700 Robbins Avenue, Bldg 9 in Northeast Philadelphia.

The HRSC NE provides a full spectrum of centralized human resource services including staffing, classification, compensation, processing, training, Labor and Employee Relations third party representation, EEO and alternative dispute resolution guidance.

In addition, we are the Center of Excellence for the BUMED Medical Specialist Recruitment program.
