Sponsors/Exhibitors
Sponsors of the ICIS '09 will have the opportunity to promote their goods and services directly to the ~150 technical experts in the fields of ion sources, particle accelerators, ion implantation, beam simulation, fusion research, etc.
Sponsorship can include the distribution of company literature with the conference material, and/or sponsoring a coffee break with company sign displayed during the break.
We are also looking for a sponsor of the conference bags, who will have his logo imprinted in the main area.
Exhibiting sponsors can purchase a 10' x 10' space (A-D, includes 1 complimentary registration) in which to display and explain their products/services in booths located at the entry/exit point of the conference poster sessions, a high traffic area. The exhibition will be open from Monday (9/21/2009) through Thursday afternoon (9/24).
Alternatively, sponsors could also purchase a bill board space 46" x 46" upon which to display company information which will be situated in the main auditorium visible during all oral presentations (B1-B21).

Invoices and/or receipts can be issued before or right after the payment of the sponsorship fee. Fees for nontechnical Assistants will be charged in a separate transaction and a receipt will be provided during registration in Gatlinburg.
Displays, equipment, and supplies may be shipped to Park Vista so that it arrives no earlier than September 14, 2009. The items should be addressed to:
