Army

Army OneSource Education, Careers and Libraries Army OneSource is the website of Army Community Service (ACS), the organization that provides family programs and services to members of the Army. This website offers a variety of information, links, services, and resources for Soldiers, family members, staff, and civilians, including job postings and discussions, information on the Army Spouse Employment Partnership, and a job search tool.

Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) The ACAP provides transition and job assistance services to Soldiers and civilian employees and their family members who are separating from the military. This includes information about the Transition Assistance Program and links to job listings. The ACAP website allows visitors to find the nearest ACAP Center through an interactive map or through their appropriate region. For each ACAP center, the website provides phone and e-mail contact information, ACAP Center website address (if available), and a description of the center.

Army Employment Readiness Program The Employment Readiness Program (ERP) provides up-to-date resource information on available employment opportunities, market and job trends, education, and volunteer resources to help individuals make informed decisions when seeking employment.  Services offered by the ERP include classes and seminars related to employment (i.e., career exploration, resume writing, interviewing techniques, dressing for success, networking, and entrepreneurship), also, individual career assessment and counseling.

Marines

United States Marine Corps Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) The FMEAP provides employment, education, and volunteer activity assistance to family members of active duty personnel, reserve personnel, retirees, and civilians. It also includes a list of available workshops / services, and Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) and installation points of contact. 

Navy

The Navy Fleet and Family Support Center This Navy site provides information on many topics relevant to military families. It includes information on job search tips, how to network to find employment, and links to other programs that offer corporate partnerships geared towards military spouses seeking employment.

Air Force

AF Community This website is the official Air Force website for military family members and the helping agencies that provide support to them. This specific section of the website is geared towards providing spouses information on adapting to Air Force Life including education and employment.

CareerOneStop This Department of Labor-sponsored website provides career resources and workforce information to job seekers, students, businesses, and workforce professionals to foster talent development in a global economy. It also provides content specifically designed for military spouses including employment resources, education and training help, and relocation information.

Military Installations Military Installations is the official DoD source for installation and state resources available to active duty, guard and reserve service and family members.

Military Officers Association of America This website provides a variety of information including tips on developing your career, how to prepare for an interview, and even offers a number of career services available to spouses of MOAA members.

Military OneSource This site provides information and resources to help balance work and family life. Consultants are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week by phone, online, or via email offering personalized support to any service or family member.

Military OneSource Spouse Career Center Through the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program all military spouses are provided high quality education and career services, resources, guidance, and consultations accessible online or through the convenience of a telephone call to 1-800-342-9647.

The National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRA) NACCRA can help with identifying local off-installation child care providers. They can be especially helpful if installation child care is full or the military family is living in a location that is remote from a military installation. They also manage a DoD childcare subsidy program that provides assistance in paying for childcare for eligible families.

National Military Family Association This website offers information on a variety of subjects, including spouse employment. It provides job search tips and information about the federal hiring process as well as federal internships. The site also includes links to other sites where military spouses can search for jobs.

Plan My Move is a set of on-line organizational tools designed to make frequent moves easier and less disruptive for service members and families.  Available tools include a customizable calendar, to-do lists, departure and arrival checklists, installation overviews, and installation-specific information on a number of topics, such as education, transportation, child care, and employment. This site is easy to use and provides quick information and results.

USA4 Military Families This site seeks to engage and educate state policymakers, not-for-profit associations, concerned business interests, and other state leaders about the needs of military members and their families.
