Africa

U.S. scholars and experienced professionals are eligible for regional Sub-Saharan Africa awards to lecture and/or conduct research in multiple countries in the region under the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.

East Asia and the Pacific (EAP)

The Fulbright Program offers a variety of exchange opportunities between individual countries in East Asia and the Pacific and the United States for students, scholars and teachers, however, there are no regional program opportunities at this time.

Europe and Eurasia

If you are a U.S. citizen interested in a multiple-country grant to European Union (EU) member states or interested in researching EU affairs, visit the European Union country page.

U.S. graduating seniors, graduate students, and young professionals may propose projects in two or three countries in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Multi-country proposals are not permitted for Western Europe. Middle East and North Africa (MENA)

U.S. scholars and experienced professionals are eligible for regional Middle East and North Africa awards to lecture and/or conduct research in multiple countries in the region under the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.

U.S. scholars and experienced professionals are eligible for regional South and Central Asia awards to lecture and/or conduct research in multiple countries in the region under the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.
