U.S. scholars and experienced professionals are eligible for regional Sub-Saharan Africa awards to lecture and/or conduct research in multiple countries in the region under the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.

The Fulbright Program offers a variety of exchange opportunities between individual countries in East Asia and the Pacific and the United States for students, scholars and teachers, however, there are no regional program opportunities at this time.

U.S. graduating seniors, graduate students, and young professionals may propose projects in two or three countries in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Multi-country proposals are not permitted for Western Europe.
