President Obama Announces Presidential Delegation to the Republic of Korea to attend United States National Day at the Yeosu Expo 2012
July 2, 2012 - President Barack Obama today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the Republic of Korea to attend the United States National Day at the Yeosu Expo 2012. The Honorable Jane Lubchenco, Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere, will lead the delegation on July 4, 2012.

U.S. Signs Contract for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea
December 12, 2011 - The U.S. Ambassador to South Korea, Sung Kim, represented the United States in signing the Participation Contract for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea at the U.S. Ambassador’s Official Residence in Seoul on December 12. Expo Commissioner Lee Joon-hee and Expo Organizing Committee Chairman Kang Dong-suk represented the Organizing Committee for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea. USA Pavilion 2012 LLC’s chief spokesperson, Philippe Cousteau Jr., and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Snowhite attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.
