How do I get a Form W-2C to correct an employee's earnings?
Paper Forms W-2C can be obtained free of charge by calling the Internal Revenue Service at 1-800-829-3676 (TDD 1-800-829-5500). You can also complete Forms W-2C right on your computer, electronically submit them to Social Security, and print copies suitable for distribution to your employees.
