The Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program provides scholarships for high school students (ages 15-17) from Eurasia to spend an academic year in the United States, living with a family and attending an American high school.

Public applications are accepted.To apply, you must be:
- Aged 15-17; and
- From one of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Ukraine.
The application process for the FLEX program has several stages, and competition is intense. Only about one in fifty applicants are ultimately selected.
