National Automated Conformity Inspection Process (NACIP)

Application For Official Use Only

The National Automated Conformity Inspection Process (NACIP) automates and standardizes the previously manual procedures and processes used to access, create, submit, revise, print, track, delegate and distribute FAA Form 8120-10 Request For Conformity (RFC) used in the Type Certification process within AIR.

NACIP is used by FAA engineers, inspectors and Designees (DER, DAR, DMIR and ODA) to produce FAA Form 8120-10 and submit it to any Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) and/or Manufacturing Inspection District Office (MIDO).

For Registered and Authorized Users Only

Register to use NACIP at the Registration & Authorization Database.

For more information, please refer to the NACIP FAQ and On-Line Help.
