| Missouri Business Leadership Network (MOBLN) champions opportunities to create productive and supportive partnerships among people with disabilities, private businesses, and governmental and community agencies.
These partnerships work toward several goals:
- Helping businesses access more qualified applicants with disabilities
- Increasing the representation of people with disabilities in the workforce
- Encouraging businesses to be more responsive to the needs of customers with disabilities

MOBLN, the Gateway Chapter, is one of 60 plus chapters across the North America that are members of the USBLN. These chapters are comprised of over 5000 employers using a "business to business" strategy to promote the business imperative of including people with disabilities in the workforce. The BLN chapters are employer organizations that serve to raise awareness and remove attitudinal employment barriers for people with disabilities through training and education. BLN chapters are led by employers who have discovered the value of adding individuals with disabilities to their workforce and have benefited from including this goal in their business diversity strategies.
As you navigate our website, consider connecting with MOBLN and discover ways to engage more than 21 million Americans of working age who happen to have disabilities. A looming workforce shortage further demands business attention to this talent pool of individuals who include youth, college graduates, older workers and Veterans.
MOBLN promotes best employment disability practices - so become involved and learn from other employers who are expanding their diversity recruiting outreach into the disability community.
