Our Design Goals

  1. Medical Strategy.
  2. Ensure total patient care by coordinating and sharing accountability among multiple departments and providers.
  3. Prevent “bounce backs” by providing evidence-based clinical guidelines within medical strategies.
  4. Promote and broaden patient participation by providing multiple and convenient outlets for patient access to medical strategies.
  5. Increase patient independence with clear, well-organized, and beautiful medical strategies.

Wow. This is really really impressive. Not only visually stunning but grouping information by problem is not only flexible but incredibly useful for both patients and physicians.

The body map is fun, but also a bit creepy.

The lab results seem to fall into the background a but. Maybe the text summary is enough for normal range results, but showing inline results for abnormal results would be nice (I think the lab summary from my submission would fit in nicely here http://healthdesign.challenge.gov/submissions/11458-grouping-by-time)
