Featured Photographer: Craig Leaper

Congratulations to Craig Leaper for his 64 incredible submissions to State of the Environment! Since the project began on Earth Day 2011, Craig’s eight featured photos put Lancaster County, Pennsylvania higher on the must-see list.

There is more than meets the eye here in “Sandhill Cranes” taken on Feb. 27, 2012. According to the photographer, this sighting was quite a surprise and not within their normal migration pattern.
