In-Coming Personnel

Congratulations on your assignment to Fort Knox! 

One of the most important pre-move actions you can take is to request a sponsor.  If you haven’t already done so, please complete Sponsorship Program form DA Form 5434 (PDF) and e-mail it to usarmy.knox.imcom-atlantic.mbx.dhr-pers-mgmt-br-sponsor@mail.mil.

You may also request youth sponsorship and information for your middle school and high school children. If you go on line to www.knoxmwr.com then click on Child and Youth Services (CYSS).  Click on School Support Services and you will find info about area schools or successful transitions.  Click on Youth Sponsorship Guidebook and you will find everything you always wanted to know about the Fort Knox area from a youth perspective.

For additional resources to assist in your transition, go to www.knoxmwr.com then click on the ACS tab. Click on Relocation Assistance Program located on the menu to the left, and view both local and Army-wide resources and links. 

Out-Going Personnel

One of the most important pre-move actions you can take is to request a sponsor.  Please complete Sponsorship Program form DA Form 5434 (PDF) prior to your Levy Brief and e-mail it to usarmy.knox.imcom-atlantic.mbx.dhr-pers-mgmt-br-sponsor@mail.mil.

Sponsorship Training

All Soldiers are eligible to be assigned as a Sponsor to assist inbound and/or outbound Soldiers.  For training and certification, access the following link to electronic Sponsorship Application and Training (eSAT).
