Who knew you could surf in Idaho? Congratulations to Flickr participant Mark Ellsworth for his featured photo from State of the Environment!

This March 5, photo shows a new recreational water park project in Boise, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities, even the art of urban river surfing.

    Is there any surfcams for this place? That would be great if SurferShot.com had a surf forecast for this spot.
