Ukraine Trade, Investment and Business Acceleration Project (TIBA) SOW

The USAID-funded TIBA project will have three components: 1) promoting accession to the WTO; 2) creating an enabling environment for increased domestic and foreign investment; and 3)streamlining and enforcing regulations to reduce corruption related to land owner and user rights, access to utilities, and construction permits (this component was funded through the Millennium Challenge Corporation Threshold Program).
