 Note: WESS undergoes maintenance every day from 0115 to 0230 Eastern Time.  You may experience system interruption during this period.

If you are experiencing "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when trying to access https://wess.safetycenter.navy.mil, this may be related to the setting in your internet browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer users can check this setting by following the following instructions in an open IE window:

  • Under "Tools/Internet Options," select "Advanced"
  • Scroll down to "Security"
  • "Use TLS 1.0" must be unchecked
