Hi. The deadline for applying for a refund under the FTC's settlement has passed. But that suit dealt just with alleged deceptive claims in the company's ads.

Whether there is any remedy based on what you've experienced is something you'd have to take up individually. It wouldn't be part of the FTC's settlement.
