Office of Small Business Programs

The Office of Small Business Programs ensures effective implementation of the Army Small Business Programs while dedicated to support the Army Contracting Command and Mission and Installation Contracting Command. ACC, MICC, and the Office of Small Business Programs are dedicated to ensuring maximum opportunity is afforded to all small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, historically underutilized business Zone (HUBZone) small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business concerns, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions/Tribal-Owned Colleges/Hispanic Institutions (HBCU/MI/TO/HIs) interested in contracting with the ACC MICC. We will diligently work to ensure effective implementation of the Army Small Business Programs and fulfillment of the ACC MICC's mission.

  • DOD Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is the focal point for the development of Department of Defense policy to guide processes to meet Small Business procurement goals and objectives.

  • U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.

  • SBA'S Subcontracting Opportunities Directory. SBA obtains the names and addresses for this directory from subcontracting plans that are submitted to the Government when a large business receives a federal contract over $500,000 (over $1 million in construction).

  • Department of the Army Mentor-Protégé Program. The DOD Mentor-Protégé Program was established to provide incentives to prime contractors to develop the technical and business capabilities of eligible protégés to increase their participation in both prime contracts and subcontracts. The Army's Mentor-Protégé Program is specifically designed to engage industries to shape and expand the industrial base to support the Warfighter.
