I am a small business owner in upstate New York. Between the property taxes, insurance mandates, N.Y.S.D.O.T. regulations, etc. it is getting more and more difficult to run a financially sound business in N.Y.S. There are currently 150 men and women working here. Why not make it easier for the small business owner to do just that...run their business.
