The headquarters for the Division of Engineering is located in Arlington, VA, and is comprised of three branches:
Key areas of responsibility include: engineering program management, civil and facility design, construction management, dam safety, bridge safety, seismic safety, and environmental compliance. In addition, engineering staffs in the headquarters office and regional offices provide technical leadership in energy management, the sustainability of Service facilities, hazardous materials management and mitigation, environmental compliance, and compliance with other Federal regulations and codes.
