Staff Judge Advocate to the Commandant

Assignments:  Each year, JAS and the JAD leadership spend literally hundreds of hours making the personnel assignment decisions reflected in the summer slate.  We work closely with MMOA and the moving officers to make sure that we meet the changing needs of the Marine Corps and the Marine Legal Community while taking into consideration the desires and individual family needs of our Marines. 

Command Screening:  Judge advocates may screen (compete) for command of selected units in the grade of LtCol and Col.  Messages and links to MMOA's website are available below.
