Our online early childhood courses are designed to offer in-depth, research-based knowledge on key areas for early childhood professionals working with children birth to age eight. All of the courses are developed in partnership with the Graduate School of Education (Curriculum and Instruction Department, Special Education Department, and the Early Childhood Training Center).

These credits may be used towards a bachelor's or master's degree with the approval of a student' academic advisor. This degree can be developed to meet the requirements for transfer to any school in the Oregon University System. Currently have an articulation agreement with Portland State University leading to a Bachelors of Social Science with an Early Childhood Certificate. This degree meets all of the requirements for qualifications for preschool teachers outlined in the No Child Left Behind law. There is also an advising agreement with Eastern Oregon University for students working towards teacher licensure.
