Tax Reporting

It has been brought to National Headquarters attention that all Squadrons are now required to file a form 990 every year.  For Squadrons and Departments generating more than $200,000 in one tax year, you need to file a form 990.  For Squadrons and Departments generating $50,000 to $199,999.99, you need to file a form 990-EZ.  For Squadrons generating less than $50,000 you need to file a 990-N (E-Postcard).  Filing one of these forms is required to maintain your tax exempt status.  CLICK HERE for a .zip file of everything you should need to fix your tax situation.  For more information, please visit the IRS Website here.
