New FTC publication for mobile app developers
Are you in the mobile app business? This free downloadable brochure aims to help you look at your advertising claims and privacy practices from the user’s viewpoint. Written with a minimum of legalese, the publication offers practical pointers on making sure your app lives up to what you say about it. You’ll also get tips on how to build privacy into your app’s design.
