Description The Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education is your first step in building a foundation for success in the world of childcare. You will focus on important topics in early childhood, such as: development, learning assessment, special learners, and instructional strategy.

Prerequisites

Education High school diploma. If no high school degree was earned, applicants may be admitted with a minimum of 60 transferable credits from an appropriately accredited postsecondary institution as defined by Ashford University transfer credit policies.

Articulation Agreements

Institution A maximum of 46 semester credits of combined nontraditional learning and transfer credits from a regionally or approved nationally accredited college or university or a maximum of 30 semester credits can be transferred through any combination of military, National Testing Programs and non-collegiate instruction with ACE credit recommendation.
