Welcome to the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)! This is a program that ensures medical and educational needs are meet, accessible and appropriate to accommodate the well being of each Family Member enrolled in the program. This enhances the Army Strong philosophy of keeping the Family strong and allowing the Service member to continue with their military career.
