Description The Associate in Science in Public and Social Services (ASPSS) degree in Child Development Services is designed for adults working in early childhood center caregivers and administrators of preschools, day care centers and nursery schools. To complete the Practicum, students must have current work experience in child development services, or be able to complete a 250-hour volunteer experience. In addition, students must work in the United States or be a U.S. citizen working on a U.S. military base overseas. The degree does not lead to teacher certification.

If you studied at a regionally accredited four-year institution, you may transfer up to 120 credits. If you have studied at more than one institution, we can accept your credits, provided the institutions are regionally accredited.
