Description	For Individuals who have a non-teaching B.S. or B.A. and wish to complete a LICENSURE ONLY Program in grades PreK-3.
Total Credits Required	(1) GPA of 3.00; (2) earn no more than two grades below B- (2.70) -- Students must retake courses in which grades below B- are earned and receive grades of A or B and 3 grades below B- in program course work leads to expulsion from the program; and (3) for licensure (PK-3), successfully complete Practicum with a grade of B or better in order to be approved for student teaching.

Prerequisites

Education	Bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences (or equivalent). Prerequisite course work must meet the Virginia stated competencies for PreK-3 and must fulfill the following requirements: (1) 51 course credits in Science, History, Social science, Arts and Humanities, and Computer/technology; (2) undergrad. GPA of 2.75; (3) passing score on PRAXIS 1.
