In September 2008, the Office of Head Start launched SOLAR which stands for Strengthening Operations for Learning And Results. To support the launch of this new resource, OHS hosted a live webinar for Head Start and Early Head Start program directors and managers. The webinar provides an overview and demonstration of how to use the SOLAR tools.
